#NintendoPartner *fit check* with my [almost] teenager! I love finding ways to connect with my biggest boy, and the recently released Splatoon 3 fits the bill! @nintendofamerica

this game, which is available exclusively on the Nintendo Switch system, is a colorful expression of personal style, where as an Inkling, you work to cover your opponents in ink with wild weaponry. then earn points for more gear and game stages. [please note: this game is rated E10+]

check out the Expansion Pass to take a deeper dive into the expansive world and colorful characters of the Splatoon series. please note you must have the full base game in order to enjoy this DLC experience. to play with friends, you must each have your own systems, Nintendo Switch Online memberships, and Nintendo Accounts!

but first, a little rewind and sharing how my besties from college and I pick where to go for our annual girls’ trips!

🌼 @florafarms is one of my fave cabo spots. it’s a bit out of town and closer to the SJD airport, so it’s a great place to stop on your way in or out of town.

🏠 we rented a villa in the pedregal area of cabo, which was just a short walk/cab ride into town. if you want the link, just comment below and I’ll dm it to you!

🍽️ @baresquinacabo is where we had dinner and it so yummy! this was my second time here and I would go again. great food, love music, and a chill vibe.

just some bits and bobbles of life lately. 🫶🏼

we had spring break last week and at the last minute decided not to make the 10 hour drive (each way) we had planned and to instead stay home and ski and enjoy our family time together. best decision ever!! I love to travel, but I also love to be home. anyone else like this??

#ad one of our family’s core values is cooperation and teamwork, so we love a game that encourages these same principles. our friends at @nintendoamerica recently released an updated remake of the Mario vs. Donkey Kong game for the Nintendo Switch system! who remembers the original of this game that was on the Game Boy Advance system back in the day?

one of my favorite features of the remake as a parent is where a second player can join as Toad to help Mario run, jump, and backflip his way to saving all the Mini Marios that Donkey Kong has stolen. when you put your heads together in two-player mode to solve this puzzle-platforming challenge, it’s twice the fun!

whether it’s playing a family game, setting the table for dinner, or loading up for a ski day, our family just works better when we work together. thank you @nintendoamerica for this fun cooperative family game!
